Team Q Maintenance Ltd., is delighted to have been awarded the three year M&E maintenance contract for Toyota GB, which includes their impressive UK Headquarters, Technical Centre, Training Academy and Import Centre.

The contract is for the fully comprehensive maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical and public health systems across the four locations; providing a multi-man site team at the Epsom Headquarters, a resident engineer at the Import Centre near Bristol and mobile engineering support to the other sites in Redhill and Nottingham.

The contract started on 1st April 2010, following the contract award on the 19th March, after a competitive tender process, managed by Arup.

Contract mobilisation was progressed in a relatively short time period and this presented a number of challenges, which were carefully managed and overcome, by the Operations Manager and his team. Mobilisation involved TUPE consultation, subcontractor liaison, site inductions and familiarisation and not least the associated health and safety considerations.
