Facilities Management Limited and works in partnership with the UK
Ministry of Defence (MoD) and Defence Estates (DE) in support of
Regional Prime Contract (Scotland), (RPC(S)).
Turner Estate Solutions operates from locations throughout
Scotland and provides an extensive range of services in the
delivery of Regional Prime Contract (Scotland).
Highly skilled personnel deliver Strategic Estate Solutions
which includes provision of hard and soft facility services, fully
supported by a well resourced intelligent help desk and key
professional services, which includes the following:
Estate Investment Planning - An Estate
Management tool, which is used to assess the condition of our
Customers' estate and maximise improvements on a fixed budget.
Estate Rationalisation - Working in partnership
with our Customers to deliver estate strategies by putting forward
a comprehensive range of options, which provides rationale
for investment and assists in the decision making process.
Capital Works Projects - Delivering significant
projects which will develop, improve or maintain our Customers'
capital assets; roads, runways, buildings etc.
Capacity Planning - Working with our Customers
to help them determine the capacity needed to meet the changing
demands on their assets and estate.
Project Management - Providing skilled project
management expertise on planning, controlling and delivering
projects on time, within budget and to the right quality for our
Customers.
